What is AscendVie

I’m Coach Jessica, and AscendVie is my signature strength training system for people who are ready to move better, get stronger, and stop spinning their wheels in programs that only scratch the surface.

Whether you're returning after burnout, recovering from injury, sick of chronic pain, or just ready to push into new territory, my method was created to adapt to your life, your needs, and your goals while helping you reclaim full-spectrum strength.

What Makes AscendVie Different

AscendVie is not your typical coaching program as it’s more like a whole nervous system upgrade. It meets you where you are and is designed to restore, rebuild, and sustain your energy for good.

Most fitness programs focus on aesthetics or just strength and nutrition, which is great. You get that here, too. But I coach in a way that addresses all of the other systems in your body, like ones you can’t see with the naked eye, i.e., the nervous system, biomechanical performance, optimal movement patterns, muscle imbalances, nutrition, headspaces, and mindsets. I created AscendVie around these unseen systems because sustainable transformation only happens when your brain and body are working in sync.

Using my neuroscience-based Ascend Cortex Method, we can target the patterns that are holding you back and retrain them from the ground up.

My method improves strength and upgrades your relationship with movement, energy, and self-trust.
