What is AscendVie?
I’m Jessica, a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. I designed AscendVie as a comprehensive strength and conditioning system that combines progressive overload, calisthenics, resistance training, yoga, corrective exercise, and personalized nutrition coaching to help clients establish sustainable, healthy habits. It's designed to help you move more efficiently, get stronger, and feel better, for good.
Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, or ready to hit new heights, AscendVie will meet you there. This is a system that transforms how we can all connect to our bodies through improved brain-body communication using neuropsychological principles.

What is the Ascend Cortex Method?
The Ascend Cortex Method is the brain behind AscendVie. I designed a neuropsychologically informed training system to assist in rewiring movement patterns, improve the mind-muscle connection, build mental toughness, and reinforce mental focus. This leads to transformative results backed by real client outcomes.
This neuroscience-based coaching method fuses strength training, yoga, calisthenics, mobility, and corrective exercise. It’s where intention meets action, and that’s where the long-term change begins.
This isn't a temporary fix.
It's an upgrade to how you move, feel, and function on your day-to-day.
You can train with me in person at Black Hills Barbell in Rapid City, South Dakota or online from wherever you are. Both options include access to custom programming, check-ins, and personalized feedback through the Everfit app.
